1. The rooms are average and thought that the bathrooms were a little small (though my in laws got a bigger one with a jetted tub).

3. I would only comment that they were missing a threshold molding between the carpet and tile from the bedroom to the bathroom, which meant that you could feel the spikes of the carpet teeth (not sure what it is called) holding the carpet - ouch.
