1. Great hostess, great access to the French Quarter and Harras Casino, Starbucks Coffee (in Harras), restaurants, parks for the dogs and everything a body could possibly need.
2. Recommended restaurants, safe places to walk around, even arranged to let us in after hours when we asked.
3. Needless to say, we got up and left and walked down to breakfast at a different restaurant which we hadn't budgeted for financially so that was an added expense to the hotel stay.
4. Plus, there is a 24 store right next door as well if you need something short notice, I do not believe they have restaurant service in the hotel either, but we weren't interested in that either.
5. Location is steps from the French quarter, casino, aquarium, and many world famous restaurants.
6. The hotel's within walking distance of world-famous Bourbon Street and all of its restaurants and bars, the river, the various street cars, etc. The room was okay: there were no concerns with the linen, the bathroom was also clean.

7. Since parking seems to be the number 2 industry of New Orleans after tourism, it's hard to find and expensive when you do in downtown New Orleans(for example, there is a restaurant just across the street which charges $20 to valet, just for dinner!).
8. shopping district (boutique shopping/antiques/restaurants) for $1.25 fare.
9. ( not the hotels fault, can just blame my my own ignorance of parking city laws) Oh and worth a mention is the restaurant next door, im drawing a blank on the name, maybe Azul, im not sure but it is a mexican place to the left of the hotel as you are leaving (to the right upon entering).
