1. Tip: meters for parking are always off (meaning free) from 6pm to 6am every night and all day Sundays.

2. We stayed here since it seemed to be reasonable but after parking fees ($28/per day, with in and out privileges) it averaged about $112 a night, which, all things considered, was not bad.

3. Since parking seems to be the number 2 industry of New Orleans after tourism, it's hard to find and expensive when you do in downtown New Orleans(for example, there is a restaurant just across the street which charges $20 to valet, just for dinner!).

7. I pay to park because I stay for a week usually and don't want to worry about it but if your staying for just one night then park on the street versus paying valet.
