5. A spacious bathroom, gorgeous bedroom also about 12x12 feet, with a ten-foot-tall french door opening onto the balcony overlooking Lafayette Park - plenty of dresser space.

7. Also, it appeared someone did a repair to the bathroom ceiling after cleaning and prior to our check-in, so there were bits of insulation on the floor.
