2. Charles side was quite loud--sirens, traffic noise, and a tuba player walking (slowly) down the street at 1am (it is New Orleans!) The other room, a suite, was much quieter--more in the back, but still with a great view of downtown.

8. Our standard room with a king bed was clean, spacious and comfortable with the only "beef" being that the view from our window was only to the roof, utility outlets and high-rise of the neighbouring buildings.
