1. When they open the bar and cafe (which appear to be quite modern and beautiful) and to which is interconnected via french doors with the hotel lobby this will greatly improve the convenience and atmosphere of the hotel.

6. Stepping into the lobby of the Lafayette Hotel is an experience akin to stepping into a bygone era (a la Woody Allen's Midnight in Paris via Nichola Lyndhurst's Goodnight Sweetheart), and while this is a beautiful thing, it could also be a touch overwhelming.
