4. Room was dirty, all the furnishings must be 20+ years old, tv is a joke, 'sliding' glass door was off the track, walls are paper thin, bathroom is dated.

If you're not looking for updated diggs, if you can look past the negatives and focus on the positives like I did for many years, if you can handle a bathroom, furniture, and stained carpet from the 70's, along with floral print bed-spreads (seriously, even Holiday Inn Expresses have switched to losing bed spreads in favor of a simple white comforter), then you'll love this place.
