1. While it is not a brand new facility, the kids loved the hot tub (the pool wasn't open for the season yet) and we had a wonderful stay.

4. I check the bathroom and the linen - if it doesn't pass the test, then it doesn't matter what the rest of the property offers (pool, hot tub, restaurant, internet, etc.) it's not worth one penny to stay there.
