6. The motel is fantastically located near the mall, bike trails and downtown Eugene and seems to be very popular with groups, conferences etc. However, the black widow spiders hanging from our river view balcony were very distracting to say the least.

8. The rooms are the in same modest level of comfort but the food is substatially better and the location on the river is perfect if you don't need to be downtown.
