It had no soap, dirty no filthy carpets (chunks), no refrigerator, elevator was out of order,( it's a good thing I like to take the stairs luggage and all), sheets on bed were so thin you could see through them, blanket was torn, I think the television was from the early 80, very small and did not work well ( I was glad I could leave the room and walk across the street to the mall.

4. My PURE (allergy free) room was a bit tired and very dated, and when I turned down my sheets, I found that thesheets were old, very well worn and bore ancient blood stains that had been unsuccessfully bleached.

5. The bedding has not been upgraded (tho the blankets were double sheeted)--even Holiday Inn Express has accomplished that.

6. My upgrade included stained sheets and carpets, tired, outdated decor a sagging couch and a door to the balcony that wouldn't lock and looked like it had been ripped open at some point.
