4. My guess is those who get river views and a balcony rate this hotel better than those, like me, who overlooked a parking lot with highway noise.

6. The hotel charges high rates then you must pay for your coffee and breakfast, unless you use the in room coffee maker, I never use those, the stores I've read, not good.

7. I would not have chosen this hotel given its published rates (~$150/night), but I ended up staying there with my family because Expedia offered a last minute unnamed 3-star hotel for $68 per night (which turned out to be the Valley River Inn.

8. The pool facilities are first rate(it's the hot tub at this time of year) every time.

9. There was a time when it was a very nice place to stay with its location on the river and proximity to Valley River Mall but it is time to step it up and get back to its better days if it can continue to justify their 'luxury' rates.
