3. - Tiny bathrooms, poor plumbing- Slow front desk / check-in- Room requests not honored (I fully realize this is not always possible, but this is the first time I remember this being the case)- Many rooms close to highway, lots of highway noise since the doors exterior / balcony doors don't close very well.

5. and with the bathroom being so small, it cover 1/2 the damn room!- There is NO vent in the bathroom, so the ceiling beads with condensation from the shower.

6. Overall the bathroom is a little small as the door will take off the kneecaps of anyone using the toilet and the bowed shower curtain is moved significantly inside the shower, to allow the door to open fully.

7. A few minor detractions: the bathtub drains slowly; the shower head is a little low for a 6' person; the wallpaper in the bathroom was tattered and peeling at the edges / seems; no vent fan to remove excess moisture in the bathroom.

9. To give you an idea of the lack of attention to detail, the 'energy saver star rating' label was left on the fridge, there was a piece of wallpaper peeling off the wall in the bathroom that any cleaning attendant should have noticed if they cleaned the room.
