1. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly, but when I got up to my room it smelled of smoke even though it was non-smoking.

4. In my room specifically, there was this oily smell like the cheap perfume of a previous guest, it thought to complain to the front desk but I didn't find them particularly warm or welcoming when I arrived so I thought what's the point.

The only good thing that I can say about this hotel is that it looks good from the outside and they have a pretty lobby and the front desk personnel are very courteous, especially when I went in my sleeping clothes to complain that the occupants in the next room were being extremely loud and gregarious.
