The shuttle to take us from the airport was very prompt and courteous, check-in was prompt, the room was as ordered with two VERY comfortable beds, the room was clean, everything worked properly, including AC, it was quiet, even though there was a wedding in the house, and the bartender was extremely friendly and interesting.

9. Called the hotel twice requesting a roll away bed to be put into our room upon check in since we were arriving after midnight.

10. I had even called a few hours ahead of time to confirm that it would be okay for us to check in late and they looked our name up at that time and said yes because we had guaranteed late arrival.
