1. we were greeted by the staff with cookies; however, the room was a little dirty for where I found trash from previous patrons, such as receipts, milk/juice caps, lotion, and there was hair all over the tub and also inside the ice bucket.

2. the tub was clogged, the water won't go down fast, and the toilet was acting up, got clogged several times, and when you flush the toilet, it will stay pushed down and the water will flow non stop.
