1. We stayed at the hotel (not marina tower) and I would not call it a hotel, it felt more like a motel once you take the elevator to your floor, doors to hotel room are outside, rooms are not very large, and bathrooms are pretty small.

Avoid this hotel - I paid for a deluxe room with view - the carpet was stained and dirty - the room and bathroom were small - the road noise was shocking with roadworks all night even though I was on the 9th floor - there is no street access so you need to get your luggage up a fairly long flight of stairs to get to reception.

5. The air conditioner was held together by duct tape and there was heavy water damage to the drywall and cabinetry in the bathroom and kitchenette that had never been addressed properly.
