3. The bathrooms are small, the floors creak, you hear water in the pipes from time to time and late one night we awoke to the clear sounds through the walls of the amorous couple next door (which made it a little awkward seeing them in the hall the next morning!).

4. There are new electronic locks on all the room doors and a safe in each room but because these buildings are hundreds of years old the bathrooms are not huge, but adequite and the hot water does come to the bathtub/shower tap very quickly.
