1. We arrived before noon and our room was not ready, we were referred to a place for a great lunch and they offered to put our bags in the room when it became available.

10. All in all, we LOVED this place, the ambiance was amazing, the location was perfect, the room was serviceable and clean, the continental breakfast was spartan but fresh ( enough to hold you over till lunch).
