1. House-keeping was respectful of our do not disturb signs and did a fine job of keeping us in towels and clean sheets.

4. I can vouch that the cleaning staff DOES change your sheets during your stay as we returned on our last full day to find a bed with long, black, curly hair in it which very clearly was not there when we left earlier in the day.
