1. We walked a couple of blocks to Landrey's Seafood restaurant for dinner, which was awesome.

Some of the places that we did eat at w/ little to no wait were: Felix's (across street from Acme) had good poboys; Frank's on Decateur St by the Joan of Arc statue had good gumbo and muffelettas and a GREAT upstairs dining balcony that overlooks the street; and Pere Antoines' on the corner of Royal and St Ann (1/2 block from the hotel), had a good bkfst and decent dinners - crawfish pasta, blackened catfish, fried crawfish poboy w/ sweet potatoe fries.

4. If you go, make sure to have your palm read by Jerick in Jackson Square, go to Johnny's Po'boys for lunch, the Palm Court for a wonderful dinner and live jazz, and of course Cafe du Monde for the beignets.
