1. Lovely room, comfortable bed and pillows, very large bathroom (loved the decor in the shower!), nice staff, perfect location in the French Quarter and a wonderful, large balcony.

2. The bed wasn't the most comfortable I've ever slept in but it wasn't terrible and I don't usually find any hotel beds that comfortable but the pillows were nice and plump.

3. When my daughter spotted the four spare pillows in the armoire she just had to put them on her bed.

4. faint burnt smell in the bedroom almost like there was once a fire in the area?(luckily I had a travel candle with me and kept it lit at all times) I was wishing I had brought my own pillow and blanket.

5. I asked for more, and was told they could only find one extra pillow.

6. This room, Room 124, was NOT as nice as the first, and if we were around when they moved us, I think I would have asked if we could change it, It was a queen bed, instead of a king (still comfy enough, but felt older than the king) There were only two skimpy pillows on the bed.

7. The room was large, with a good-sized bathroom, a comfy king-sized bed with enough pillows, and a flat screen TV.

8. The bed was nice as where the pillows, breakfeast is not much, just coffee, juice and danish.

Only complaint - there are things you have to overlook, carpet is worn, could use some renovation, the beds (mattress in both rooms not comfortable and worst thing to deal with - the pillows are absolutely not acceptable, flat - no fluff at all-must have purchased at a discount store for $3 - I can't understand how a three star hotel that carries the Valentino name of pride couldn't have better pillows!) That said, all in all I had a wonderful stay, again the staff deserves an A+ for customer service and making you feel like a wanted guest.

10. The bed was huge, bigger than the queen we booked and it came with extra pillows and blanket.
