3. The service was what you would expect from the Westin, and the rooms were always clean and the double shower head in the bathroom was a nice touch, if you have problems getting in and out of a bath this is not the best choice.

6. The room did not appear that clean- it looked like it had not been vacuumed in quite a while (there was visible dust and the bath looked like it had not been cleaned with a creme cleanser in a while).
