1. Two things to note: Parking is outrageous and if you have an SUV they have an additional fee.

2. (Thanks to my Iphone) Rate- The per night was not too bad although they will charge you a $150 fee on your credit card on top of the nightly rate in case you do any damage to the room.

4. I couldn't provide my SPG number at check-in so offered it to the check-in staff and after entering it, was offered a room upgrade for a small nightly fee.

8. There was a fee for wi-fi, which I find to be ridiculous for a $200+ a night room.

9. This paired with the parking fee of 50 bucks a day gives me a feeling that the Financial manager of this hotel is grabbing for dollars.

10. Just a block to BART, and a short walk to Union Square, etc. As with all downtown SF hotels, parking space is at a premium and the hotel charges a stiff fee for overnight parking.
