1. all they did was throw new clean towels on the floor in front of it.

8. The room was immaculate, the room had two large flat screen TVs, an amazing dual shower head in the bathroom, clean, fluffy towels, the most comfortable bed with the softest sheets and complete privacy.

9. My three nights there were great because I had a wonderful view of the city (I could see Union Square from my room), and I used the hotel's gym that was always fully stocked with towels and complimentary headphones.
