1. Within 5 minutes of getting to the room - an OK room but nice size for the city - the manager called and personally asked me if I was comfortable and OK.

10. Understand that things go wrong but when it was reported to the hotel they said they would let the manager know - never heard from anyone and the next day i made sure to use my own alarm clock.
