8. I have seen better customer service at fast food restaurants and I think it's pathetic that a hotel like a Westin in a city like San Francisco would not expect more from their concierge desk employees.

9. The food in Ducca's is excellent as well and they even changed the channel at the bar to the sports station I wanted - they asked to do this, it was not prompted by me.

10. We had some great breakfasts at mels dinner round the corner, and a great dinner on our first night at annabelles bistro again a 5 minute walk, great local food, beautiful restaurant and fab service.
