It has a great location just off Market St, within walking distance to Union Square area for shopping, resturants, theater, etc. Also BART, MUNI, SAM TRANS, AC TRANSIT, CAL TRAIN transit options for trip to Castro, Pier 39, North Beach, Berkeley, SFO, etc. Only issue was broken leg of desk in room.

Having stayed at this Westin for a week for a business trip/conference, I was pleasantly surprised by repeated encounters with just truly kind staff - from an always smiling, sweet housekeeper, to a bellhop who went out of his way to share with us the scoop on a behind the scenes fun walk to the waterfront, to all other staff encountered being just.
