1. They booked all my tickets to the California Academy of Sciences and provided some excellent recommendations for dinner.

2. The hotel suggested a great dinner spot and took care of all the details, I'm not sure I would stay this close to market street again but that is part of what you learn the first time in a city you haven't been in.
