5. Although nights in San Francisco can be very cool, the hotel has a nice patio with gas fireplace outside - with free wifi.

6. )We missed at least a free Wifi connection in the lobby as the surounding pubs, restaurants (Starbucks) nowadays offers - seems that the management hasn't learnt yet their lesson.

7. One other gripe: if the Super 8 motel in Blackwell, OK can deliver free wireless internet in my room, I see no reason why the Westin can't do the same (especially in a tech-friendly city like SF).

8. There is nothing I can complain about for this hotel other than the price of WiFi which is a big issue for all Starwood hotels.

The conceirge comp'ed me free wifi for my final night here and the morning when I was leaving I had planned to take BART to the airport only to learn that I needed to leave earlier than the first BART was operating, the front doorman immediately obtained a black car service to take me to the airport.
