1. Nonetheless, there was a 'riverview' from my 8th floor balcony which was pretty far away and only a TINY stretch of the river between two buildings.

2. Our room opened to a large shared wraparound balcony, but the lock is broken and is held closed by only a small metal fastener.

3. Room was nothing special - cool balcony though.
"A little far from the action, but anice place. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/8/2009 Vote
4. It has soooo much potential, but, they lack balconies that face the River Walk and closed restaurant I am EXTREMELY disapointed.

5. Although the rooms need some attention (you can definitely find a bit of peeling wallpaper and such), they are acceptable and we were lucky to have one with a balcony overlooking the pool (which I thought was supposed to be extra---bonus!) The hotel is located on the north end of the riverwalk so you have to walk 10-15 minutes to get to the heart of things.
"Family friendly and good value " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/27/2012 Vote
6. Other issues-- my room was over the carport in front of the hotel and I could hear the tropical music all night long, even with the balcony door closed.
"So much potential, but not there yet " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/30/2012 Vote
7. I had a balcony facing the riverwalk where I could sip my coffee and wave to the riverboat travelers.
"Really enjoyed it " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/29/2012 Vote
8. There is a large balcony and we could open the sliding door to cool things down some.

9. There's a bit of balcony with a couple of plastic chairs.
"Know what to expect / pleasant stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/2/2011 Vote
10. Things I liked: Pleasant staff, the section of the Riverwalk the hotel was located on, taking the river taxi home in the evening, value for money with the great deal I gotThings I didn't care for: misleading signage in elevator, some staff confusionThing to check: the security latch (the only latch) on the balcony sliding doors was improperly installed and couldn't latch.
