Got woken up a couple of times by guests outside our room shouting in the middle of the night; perhaps thanks to the Groupon, there was a motley mix of budget travelersOnly one elevator that works and was SLOW - gave up and lugged our large amount of film gear down that sweeping staircase (that always seemed to have a Wet Floor caution cone on it!)A funky smell in the lobby (from sewer work out front combined with a musty smell that reminds you this is a building that's 50 years old or so)$18 parking fee for a lot a couple blocks away--quite the hike.

6. The only way I would recommend this hotel to anyone else is for the hotel to either rescind the parking fee or at least lower it for it's patrons.
