2. The bathroom tub area had several large stains and while taking a shower the water would change from hot to cold in response to someone in another room flushing the commode.

3. Room: Mine was quite roomy in the bedroom section (single, queen-size bed), reasonably sized in the bathroom, cramped in the entry with modest closet space.

6. In the bathroom (not to mention tiny) the toliet sits at an angle(do that describe 'small') & the towel rack is against the back upper wall (this is because space is limited, lol).
