1. Not just cold cereal and fruit, but the full deal of eggs, fruit, yoghurt, coffee, etc. Staff there was just as friendly and helpful.

2. The staff was amazingly friendly -- usually in big tourist towns I find the staff somewhat jaded, but the El Tropicano staff, no matter what their position, were ALWAYS friendly and helpful.
