Ask for a room upgrade to a
balcony
, if one's available you'll likely get it if you ask.

Upon check in we were asked if this was our first time there I said yes so they gave us a free upgrade to a
balcony
room that opens up to the garden atrium which was wonderful and then I called to make sure when check out was and they let us stay till 12:00 instead of 11:00 no extra charge.

I really liked that side as it provided a more quiet atmosphere than the
balconi
es would in the area where most of the restaurants are.

The Garden Conservatory is somewhat quieter than the others, with lush tropical plants, many in close proximity to the rooms'
balconi
es.

The room itself was comfortable and large enough for 2, with queen pillow top beds, flat screen HD TV, refrigerator, room safe and the
balcony
with the view; great for enjoying a morning coffee.
