1. Decided to stay somewhere nice so my mother in law and I could feel pampered but I think I could have found something just as nice for much less money and closer to downtown.

2. If you don't have a car, the hotel does provide transportation to nearby mall, Grand Old Opry, etc, but to go downtown it costs a good bit of money.

6. I have no problem with companies wanting to make money, that is what it is all about, but Gaylord hotels are obviously about taking advantage of people, by charging a parking fee and internet fee for everyone.
