1. So, we lugged the bags to check-in after valet-parking and were told (after check-in) that our room was so far away, we'd need to get our car back out of valet, re-pack it and drive around to the more convenient valet parking.

If you like wall to wall people , if you like waiting in line for a meal for 45 minutes to 90 minutes,if you like waiting for your valet parked car for 30 minutes, if you like waiting in the gift shop for 5 minutes to check out,if you like waiting just to cross a walking bridge, if you like waiting in traffic just to get in the front door - then you will love this place.

We registered and then went to park the car ($18/day for self-parking and $26/day for valet parking - we did the self-parking and had luck in finding a spot not too far from the Magnolia wing, which is where our room was located at - the $18/day parking fee turned into $19.67 per day with taxes, FYI).
