3. I will give dining great marks , they also have a sedan service from hotel i took advantage of that service to get to downtown and dinner and show just made things so nice the drivers where great staffing valet , bellman ,housekeeping all great reservationist seem to have there act together , the disconnect is FRONT DESK .

8. Finally housekeeping showed up around 5 p.m.Again, the decorations were gorgeous, the hotel is beautiful, it was a fun and I'm glad we had the experience, but on a service level, they are really lacking, so therefore 2 stars.
