1. They charge huge amounts to use a room to rehearse and when asked about a table to use, the response was 'You are better off going to Costco and buying a table for what they charge here'.

3. I travel a lot and most hotels that charge $400 a night and up for a suite would at least have called the suite to check that we were happy or sent us breakfast or drink coupons or something.
