They
charge
huge amounts to use a room to rehearse and when asked about a table to use, the response was 'You are better off going to Costco and buying a table for what they
charge
here'.

He told me they would have accounting take care of the

I travel a lot and most hotels that
charge
$400 a night and up for a suite would at least have called the suite to check that we were happy or sent us breakfast or drink coupons or something.

On our return a porter delivered them to our room free of
charge
, I had heel and toe plates for mine and with a quick call to the front desk, a man promptly arrived to fit them for me with a very small mallet.

I am not suggesting that some type of 'reasonable' handling
charge
might be appropriate - a few bucks at most - but $13 to pull a package from behind a counter and hand it to my wife.

However, I was pleased to see they did not try to
charge
for three days on a Friday-Sunday stay AND hotel guests can make multiple exits and returns on the same day.

I didn't have a car, and the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so guests are essentially a captive audience, which means they can
charge
whatever they like for food.
