I would recommend staying across the

at the Radisson and coming over to just visit and admire the hotel.

I have had the opportunity to have a room overlooking the inside and just one with a
street
view and would recommend asking for an inside view room- it makes it more fun just to people watch.

and visit the gardens (which is free).

it's clean and remodeled (but the toilets are baby potties) its cheeper and they have free parking.
