1. Although the room appeared to be adequately cleaned, the whole motel (hallways, balconys, carpets, etc needed to be updated or cleaned.

4. My guess is those who get river views and a balcony rate this hotel better than those, like me, who overlooked a parking lot with highway noise.

9. The motel is fantastically located near the mall, bike trails and downtown Eugene and seems to be very popular with groups, conferences etc. However, the black widow spiders hanging from our river view balcony were very distracting to say the least.
