6. We had alot of issue with noise from the guests upstairs and had to call reception 4 times one night and early morning to get them to tell the quests to be quiet these particular guests were also throwing bottles over the balcony.

9. What made things even nicer was that fourth floor was the first residential floor over the parking deck and common area so instead of a balcony we had a deck that was a huge walk out terrace that we shared with the apartment next to us.
