1. Our view was of metal beams and a construction dude, which is not really why you spend a decent amount of money on an oceanfront property.

6. The rooms definitely need soundproofing, but for a quick fix, suggest management spend a minimal amount of money to put cushions (or felt) on the bottom of the chairs.
