1. The location is very south on Ocean Drive so I would recommend if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle however within walking distance or short cab ride to all South Beach restaurants, clubs and shopping.

6. Apart from breakfast we did not eat in the hotel as there are many excellen restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk (Joes Crab House is the best but make sure you share courses unless you are a glutton).

7. Pool was great; beach access a short walk; the 10$ daily added resort fee is far cheaper than $15 per person for chairs + umbrella cost you'd incur on your own on the beach - who lays on towels on sand anymore.

8. What made things even nicer was that fourth floor was the first residential floor over the parking deck and common area so instead of a balcony we had a deck that was a huge walk out terrace that we shared with the apartment next to us.

9. There is a convenience store and a liquor store within 5 mins walk from the Hotel and you can stock up your fridge when you get there.
