1. I thought the cost of the food around the pool was reasonable and to be expected, the valet parking was a bit pricey but the second day we caught on to parking in the lot across from the hotel in front of the Nikki Beach Club and its paking by the hour and from midnight to 9am its free.

4. This hotel is at the quiet end of South Beach (Ocean Avenue), but located on a nice stretch of beautiful sandy beach (get there before the oil does!).

6. We were located in an awkward 2nd tower adjacent to the one with the lobby, but further from the beach, which somehow felt more like a residence than a hotel (I generally prefer hotels).

7. The location is definitely a little isolated, though if you're looking for being in a quieter setting near South Beach, this place is that (except for on the beach, which is apparently adjacent to a public area.
