3. What made things even nicer was that fourth floor was the first residential floor over the parking deck and common area so instead of a balcony we had a deck that was a huge walk out terrace that we shared with the apartment next to us.

5. The rooms are very, very good with nearly everything one could want in a higher end hotel room - comfy bed, stocked mini-bar, nice large deck with a view, large bathrooms, even a mini-kitchen w/ microwave, toaster, and so on.

6. Room was comfortable and quiet Hotel had an Italian restaurant, pool, hot tub, exercise room, and sun deck.

7. The only down side was that from the deck the railing and foliage interfered with the view of the ocean.

8. We had a large deck on the 4th floor (room 401) with lounge chairs, table and chairs and a small grass area with palm trees.

9. There is also a really neat spa deck with great views on the 4th floor by the fitness center (which was also fabulous) between the 2 joined buildings that make up the hotel.
