1. I'm no cook, but I can see how the kitchen would be extremely appealing for those who would like to save a bit of money by cooking themselves a nice meal, or perhaps if you're traveling with small children.

8. The service is great, the rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable (bedroom, bath, kitchen, and sitting area) and the location can't be beat - near two subway stations and numerous restaurants (including the one in the hotel which is quite good).
