1. The area is conveniently located near Dupont Circle, the National Mall, etc..

2. We had an 'interesting' time getting there in the maze of one-way streets but the location turned out perfect, a couple of blocks away from Dupont Circle where we enjoyed great food, the Capital bike share bikes, the Sunday Market and hopped on the metro to visit the Mall.
