1. There was a high parking fee which we didnt know about ahead of time, our room was not ready when we arrived they then tried to give us a double instead of king, the furniture/tube tv/beds/shower are all very old and outdated, even on the 8th floor it was extremely loud outside, the walls are super THIN and you can hear everything from next door or down the hall, bad front desk service.
