4. We were given a complimentary upgrade and stayed in a generously-sized suite which had a full kitchen with a dishwasher (there is also a guest laundry) and microwave as well as a cooker and all the pots and pans needed.

8. The location was great for getting around, finding wonderful restaurants, the Metro, etc. The staff couldn't be more helpful checking in, getting our car parked and/or retrieved, helping with luggage AND we even had a lovely gift in our room of a complimentary bottle of champagne.
