9. Well, I can't complain because they let us check-in an hour early like I asked, and they gave us a smoking room with a bump up to the suite.

10. If they were busy, then you got your questions answered right away, you got your car right away, they held the door for you, etc. If they were busy, there was generally only one person handling the phones, check-in, questions, and requests to retrieve cars.
